I worked at Acton Fiji as an IT support consultant for an Australian Client. My daily responsibilities were to monitor and check the servers and backups. Take calls and provide IT support to clients when they are having any issues. Update and document knowledge base. Do monthly server maintenance.
Worked on developing a web application which makes monitoring the DNS easier. DNS visibility and analytics was the core component of this project. The web application was built on Laravel Framework with MySql and MongoDB at the back-end for Telecom Fiji Limited as part of the Industrial Experience Project at USP.
